An internationally known writer and speaker, Phil Cooke has produced media programming in more than 50 countries around the world.  In the process, he has been shot at, survived two military coups, fallen out of a helicopter, and in Africa, been threatened with prison. Yet during that time – through his company Cooke Pictures in Burbank, California – he’s helped some of the largest nonprofit organizations and leaders in the world use the media to tell their story in a changing, disrupted culture.

His new book is “Unique:  Telling Your Story in the Age of Brands and Social Media.” Phil has been a long time member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences in Hollywood, The Producers Guild of America, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Image Journal.

Dr. Towanna Burrous is President of CoachDiversity Institute, a best-selling author, trainer, and professional certified coach based in Washington, DC. As a much sought after executive and leadership development coach, Towanna helps develop and implement successful corporate leadership, effective team building and the initiation of strategic change.

Towanna received her call to ministry at an early age.  She is humbled by the call that God placed on her life and she has devoted her life to outreach in her local community.  In 1999, she founded the Young Women’s Empowerment Network (www.ywen.org) a non-profit organization designed to help teen girls in urban communities to realize their potential to succeed in life.
